The area of Huila produces millions of pounds of coffee year-round. But the mountainous region is also known to be the origin of some of the world's highest quality varietals, winning various Cups of Excellence. It has even received a Denomination of Origin Status, much like Champagne and other spirits. The Magdalena lot comes from a fourth-generation producing family passionate and innovative in their planting and processing methods. This coffee offers a wide range of different brewing styles. In fact, we are currently using this coffee as espresso and drip at our cafes.

The body of this coffee exhibits a clean, silky profile with flavors of sweet maple, dark cherry brightness, spice, and bakers chocolate finish that will bring light your morning up.  One of our favorite whole bean coffees, travel ready.
