This organic Ceremonial grade matcha is sourced from one of Japan’s most dynamic growing regions, Kagoshima. Shaped by the mineral rich volcanic soils and the cooler coastal climates, the leaves of this tea develop depth and pleasant profile that is refined.
We are honored to source from origin, from producers that methodically harvest, gently steam tea leaves, and mill, all within six hours. This results in matcha that is elegantly intense, sipped traditionally while also complementing milk’s creaminess with balance.

We work closely with producers who believe quality doesn’t need to be loud, just honest.

How to Prepare
You’ll need:
• Matcha powder
• Hot water
• Bowl or wide cup
• Whisk (chasen) or small frother
How to:
- Add 1- 2 teaspoon (2g-4g) of matcha to your bowl
- Pour in 2–3 oz of hot water (160–175°F)
- Whisk briskly in a W or M motion until smooth and lightly foamy
- Sip as is or mix with milk
