The Hambela hails from the South Central region of Ethiopia, known as Guji. This coffee results from the fine work of a conglomerate of 18 farmers that use innovative methods to reduce waste and organic practices to yield this complex coffee.

After carefully picking the fruit, it's dried over raised beds for 16 days, followed by ten additional days on the patio. The fermentation that naturally happens during this drying process gives this coffee a mouthful of flavors. We taste bright pomegranate, floral notes of rosé, and sweet cocoa in a juicy body.

We crave this coffee all summer long.
