    We took Tanzanian cocoa, Oaxacan coffee, slightly sweetened with sugar, to create a vegan coffee bar that is smooth and balanced. It's got a soft crunch on the bite. Melts delicately and creamy on the palate with notes of red berry tartness and vanilla sweetness, reminiscent of our delightful house mocha.⁠

    Seahorse Chocolate is a craft cocoa roaster and chocolatier by husband and wife RC and Amanda Gartrell, based in Bend, OR. They focus their efforts on sourcing the highest quality, fair-trade cocoa, intending to develop chocolate profiles that showcase origin flavors. ⁠
